I thought I was alone. Nobody I know reads the DT and therefore they cannt understand how excited one can get over a book. I too am like a rabid dog when reading the DT and have to re-read it twice before I grasp most of it. Was anyone else blindsided by Balazar killing Jake first? I must have missed that in the Gunslinger. I'll have no nails left waiting for DT VI.

What did you think of WOLVES OF THE CALLA? I absolutely loved it! And yeah, I was blindsided by Balazar too, but then again Stephen is the King of th eblindsides, heh, heh!
