Back to The Monsters!

Check out this fun teaser trailer for the return to the big screen of one of filmdons biggest stars in his first screen appearance!

Godzilla!

Coming sometime this spring or summer, this is the first ever nationwide release of the original Godzilla, uncut, unedited, and without confusing Americanization (read: no Raymond Burr spliced into scenes talking to the backs of lookalike actors! ) Shown in Japanese with English subtitles, this is Godzilla like youve never seen it before, unless of course youve viewed rare screenings at fan conventions such as G-Fest.

What About Kong?

Peter Jacksons next Big Event will be his remake of the 1933 classic King Kong. This period piece set in the 1930s is Jacksons Holy Grail, the One Film hes wanted to make more than any other! A major Kong-phile, Im expecting loving care and detail to exceed his excesses on Lord of the Rings! Woof!

The tentative release date currently stands at December 2005. Jackson promises to expand the Skull Mountain Island dinosaur scenes, and rumors are already circulating that Jackson wants Andy Serkis to play Kong! Oooh yeeeah, the King of Motion Capture Actors to play King Kong? Bring it on, myyyy pressssciousssss!!!
